Use of this website to purchase services from EuroBound through its reservations office are conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein. Your use of this website or the purchase of any product or services from EuroBound constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

Use of this website constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth below.

The payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation shall constitute consent to all provisions stated. EuroBound and its representatives act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, or other services herein. The individual participant and/or purchaser, by acceptance of the program in the form of payment, agrees that EuroBound and/or its agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability, or expense, to person or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, or other service provider included herein. The air tickets, vouchers, coupons, or contracts currently in use by an air carrier, hotel, or other service provider shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser and such contractor.

EuroBound and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses or damages due to changes in advertised schedules or services, or any other cause beyond their control. EuroBound reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries and substitute service without notice and to decline or accept to retain any participant at any time.

Product description including general product narrative, photographs, list of hotel amenities,
description of hotel, air and any other travel related products offered by EuroBound on this website or through our Reservations Office is provided by the respective suppliers. EuroBound rejects and disclaims all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information herein.

Hotel ratings displayed on this website or in any quotation or travel document prepared by EuroBound are provided by the respective hotel and/ or supplier. Rating are intended as a general guideline only and EuroBound does not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings.

PROTECTION OF FUNDS - SELLER OF TRAVEL

EuroBound, Inc. is registered with the State of California Attorney General as a seller of travel pursuant to Section 17550 of the California Business and Professions Code under registration number 2021293. As such, all customer deposits and payments are secured in EuroBound's Travel Trust Account. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for flights, hotel accommodations and other services are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will depend on the total cost of the services quoted and may vary based on the terms imposed by our airline partners and ground service suppliers. Once confirmed, the non-refundable deposit is applied to the invoice with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure. For reservations within 60 days of departure payment of the total package price is required in order to confirm services. Reservation requests within 14 days of departure incur a $25 per-person expedite fee. Reservation requests within 7 days of departure incur a $50 per-person expedite fee. Express mail delivery charges are additional.

EuroBound negotiates room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate quoted to you or the rate displayed on our website is a combination of the negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf and a service fee to compensate EuroBound for facilitating your reservation. You agree that your credit card will be charged by EuroBound for the total reservation price to make hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. We retain our service fee as compensation in facilitating your travel reservation. Our service fees vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation (s) and other services secured on your behalf.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

Services / reservations are typically confirmed within 48 hours (2 business days). Once confirmed, all changes are subject to a $25 per-person handling fee. Each change made to a reservation after documents are issued will incur a $50 per-person handling fee plus any applicable airline and/or supplier fees.

PRICE

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are based on exchange rates at the time of quotation and include associated costs relative to product preparation. As per industry standards, unless otherwise stated, prices are per person based on double occupancy and are not subject to itemization.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
All applicable taxes at the time of booking are included in the quoted price. Any fees or other charges such as resort fees, surcharges, or taxes imposed by an airline after your purchase are solely your responsibility. Some airport departure fees may not be included and must be paid directly to the airline.

NOTE: Certain taxing jurisdictions impose hotel taxes which are billable locally and collected by the hotel on your departure. These taxes are not charged or collected by EuroBound and are not included in our price to you.

Tax increases, fuel, airport and other surcharges, and consumer-initiated changes are not price-protected until travel documents are issued.

Items of a personal nature such as gratuities, telephone calls, rental-car overtime fees, gas, local driver's license fees, traffic tickets, car seats, some airport departure fees and taxes and meals (except where otherwise noted), are not included in the quoted price and are the traveler's responsibility.

EuroBound reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and or on any pending reservation made under an incorrect price. In such case, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Documentation will be mailed as soon as full payment is received and all travel materials are prepared.

PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by law, regulations, or orders of the country of visit. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine visa and entry requirements. EuroBound is not responsible for and does not provide visa or entry document information.

U.S. citizens are required to carry a valid passport when traveling outside the United States. EuroBound nor the air carrier is responsible for costs, expenses, or damages actual or consequential, resulting from the failure of a passenger to obtain a valid passport and/or visa as required by the laws of the country or countries of destination or for the refusal of any government or government authority to admit the passenger to its territory for any reason whatsoever. Failure to present correct documentation may result in denied boarding without refund.

Some countries require that a U.S. passport be valid for three to six months after your entry or return from their country. Passengers should check with the appropriate foreign consulate for entry and validity requirements. Passports and Visas are the responsibility of each client. Government issued identification is required for air travel.

EuroBound takes no responsibility for mileage not being accrued. Traveler is responsible for advising the specific airline(s) of any frequent flyer / awards number at check-in. We recommend you retain all boarding passes as proof of travel.

EuroBound has no control over airline booking procedures and is not responsible for and does not accept liability for denied boarding by any airline due to the carrier's over-booking of a flight . Airline routings are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. EuroBound is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of airline cancellations, reschedules, or delays for any reason.

NOTE: ANY PROBLEMS WITH RESERVATION ARRANGEMENTS WHILE TRAVELING SHOULD BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDER WHOSE PHONE NUMBER APPEARS ON YOUR SERVICE VOUCHER AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL INVALIDATE ANY CLAIM ONCE OUR SERVICES ARE COMPLETED.

CANCELLATION

For cancellations made after confirmation of reservations, deposits are non-refundable. For cancellation of reservations after documents are issued, additional fees assessed by airlines and other service providers will be added to the initial deposit as a non-refundable charge. Cancellations within 14 days of departure from the U.S. are non-refundable.

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.

Once travel has commenced, any cancellation or changes to the itinerary are at the traveler's own expense. Cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other service providers, are additional and will be charged to the passenger. Special cancellation and change policies may apply to certain customized itineraries and barging.
Airlines may charge significant change and cancellation fees, which vary by carrier. Name changes are treated as a cancellation and all cancellation fees apply.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be made on unused land arrangements once travel has commenced.
Requests for refunds related to services during travel must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of your trip. Requests for refunds after this time limit will not be accepted for any reason. All original documents must be returned to EuroBound in order to process any refund.
Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellation will be at the passenger's own expense.

CAR RENTAL

The minimum driver's age is 21 years old and is subject to car rental company rules. Unless indicated, rates include unlimited mileage and Value Added Tax (VAT). Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is mandatory in certain countries and is included in the quoted price. Where optional, CDW may be purchased for an additional charge.
Unless otherwise stated on the rental agreement, airport surcharges, and regional road taxes are not included in the quoted price and are payable locally.

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. EuroBound urges travelers to review conditions and the level of risk prior to booking travel to international destinations.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any controversy or claim arising from, or relating to, a product or service purchased through EuroBound shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California.
