Gather key details about your clients - names, ages, destinations, timeframe, interests, and budget - to tailor the itinerary and create something special. Providing a budget is a must-have to ensure the trip meets their financial expectations.

Receive your tailored proposal
We will send you a comprehensive proposal that includes detailed itineraries and pricing. If you use Axus, we can also add you as a joint collaborator.
Review and refine the proposal
Based on your client's feedback, we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure every detail aligns with their expectations. Our goal is to perfect the proposal to match your client's vision seamlessly.
Confirm the booking
Once the proposal meets your client's approval, we will send a secure link for them to complete a credit card authorization form. Upon completion, we will begin confirming the itinerary to secure all reservations.
Credit card form & deposit
A deposit, typically around 30% of the package price, is required to guarantee all services. We process the deposit once the hotels are confirmed, ensuring all arrangements are secured.
Final payment
Approximately sixty days before departure, we will collect the final payment. After successfully processing this payment, your commission check will be issued and sent to you.
Clients have the trip of their lifetime
Final documents will be sent approximately four weeks before departure, including emergency contact information for each country your clients will visit. This ensures they have support and can reach out to the local team for any questions or emergencies during their travels.

How do I make a travel booking through your service?
Do you offer travel insurance with bookings?
Yes, we offer optional travel insurance that can be added to your booking. This covers trip cancellations and unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies. Details of the insurance plans are available during the booking process.
Can I modify or cancel my booking after it's been confirmed?
Yes, most bookings can be modified or canceled, depending on the terms of the service provider.
Are there any discounts for group bookings?
Yes, we offer net pricing to allow agents to price and mark-up their offer(s) accordingly.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?
Usually after a little back-and-forth to get all the information we need, on average it takes approximately two to five working days to receive a complete proposal with pricing. This can vary depending on the complexity of the trip, and any special or more unusual requests.
What commission do you offer agents?
For itineraries including hotels and services such as tours/transfer: 12-14% of the package price. For packages without hotels: 10% of the package price.
