Protection of Funds:
EuroBound, Inc. is registered with the State of California
Attorney General as a seller of travel pursuant to Section
17550 of the California Business and Professions Code
under registration number 2021293. As such, all customer
deposits and payments are secured in EuroBound’s
Travel Trust Account. Registration as a seller of travel
does not constitute approval by the State of California.
Reservations: Reservations for
flights, hotel accommodations and other services are
confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
The deposit will depend on the total cost of the services
quoted and may vary based on the terms imposed by our
airline partners and ground service suppliers. Once
confirmed, the non-refundable deposit is applied to
the invoice with the remaining balance due 60 days prior
to departure. For reservations within 60 days of departure
payment of the total package price is required in order
to confirm services.
Late Reservations:
Reservation requests within 14 days of departure incur
a $25 per person fee. Express mail delivery charges
are additional.
Confirmation of Reservation:
Services / reservations are typically confirmed within
48 hours or sooner. Once confirmed, all changes are
subject to a $25 per person handling fee. Each change
made to a reservation after documents are issued will
incur a $50 per person handling fee plus any applicable
airline fees.
Documents: All travel documents
will be mailed as soon as full payment is received.
Passenger Responsibility: US
citizens are required to carry a valid passport. EuroBound
nor the air carrier is responsible for costs, expenses,
or damages actual or consequential, resulting from the
failure of passenger to obtain a valid passport and/or
visa as required by the laws of the country or countries
of destination or for the refusal of any government
or government authority to admit the passenger to its
territory for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation: For cancellations
made after confirmation of reservations, deposits are
non-refundable. For cancellation of reservations after
documents are issued, additional fees assessed by airlines
and other service providers will be added to the initial
deposit as a non-refundable charge.
Cancellations within 14 days of departure from the U.S.
are non-refundable. Once travel has
commenced, any cancellation or changes to the itinerary
are at the traveler¹s own expense. Fees charged
by airlines, hotels, or other service providers, are
additional and will be charged to the passenger. Special
cancellation and change policies may apply to certain
customized itineraries and barging.
Price: All prices are quoted
in US Dollars and are based on exchange rates at the
time this brochure was prepared and include associated
costs relative to product preparation. As per industry
standards prices are per person, based on double occupancy
and are not subject to itemization. All prices are subject
to change without notice until full payment is received.
All reservations are subject to a processing and handling
charge of $15 per person.

Refunds: No refunds will be made
on unused land arrangements once the trip has started.
All requests for refund due to cancellation made prior
to U.S. departure must be submitted in writing within
30 days of cancellation, after which time no refund
request will be considered. All original documents
must be returned to EuroBound in order to process
any refund.
Car Rental: Minimum age 21 years old. Subject
to car rental company rules. Unless indicated, rates
include unlimited mileage and Value Added Tax (VAT).
Rates do not include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW),
airport surcharges, refueling or optional insurance.
Terms & Conditions: The
payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment
for a reservation shall constitute consent to all
provisions stated in this brochure. EuroBound and
its representatives act only as agents for the passenger
in making arrangements for hotels, transportation,
sightseeing, or other services herein. The individual
participant and/or purchaser, by acceptance of the
program in the form of payment, agrees that EuroBound
and/or its agents shall not be liable for any injury,
damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability,
or expense, to person or property due to any act or
default of any hotel, carrier, or other service provider
included herein. The air tickets, vouchers, coupons,
or contracts currently in use by an air carrier, hotel,
or other service provider shall constitute the sole
contract between the tour participant and such contractor.
EuroBound and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility
for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or
liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes,
machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints,
war, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses
or damages due to changes in advertised schedules
or services, or any other cause beyond their control.
EuroBound reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries
and substitute service without notice and to decline
or accept to retain any participant at any time.
Resolution of disputes: Any
controversy or claim arising from/or relating to a
EuroBound tour shall be resolved by binding arbitration
in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules
of the American Arbitration Association, which arbitration
proceedings shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California.
Acceptance of the initial services to be
provided on the tour shall constitute an acceptance
by the tour member of these terms and conditions.
