Travel products and services offered to you and purchased by you on behalf of your client (s) are subject to your and your client (s) acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below.
If at any time you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must discontinue use of this site. EuroBound reserves the right, at anytime and at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or alter this agreement without prior notice, by posting the amended terms on this site. We recommend that you review these terms and conditions periodically. Your purchase of any products or services signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.
Your access to this site may be terminated immediately at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement and/ the terms and conditions stated herein, or for any other reason.

The information provided by EuroBound and its suppliers on this site is provided through secondary sources and is given in good faith only. In no way is the accuracy of this information guaranteed and it is the responsibility of the viewer to confirm through other sources the information supplied before acting upon it in any way. EuroBound accepts no responsibility for claims arising from the use of the information supplied.  Hypertext links from this site to those of third party web sites are not an indication of suitability for viewing by any particular individual and such links do not infer that the information they contain is accurate. EuroBound acts only as agent through this website in facilitating arrangements for hotels, transfers and sightseeing services offered online herein. The individual participant and/or purchaser, by acceptance of the program in the form of payment, agrees that EuroBound and/or its agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability, or expense, to person or property due to any act or default of any hotel, carrier, or other service provider included herein.
Further, EuroBound and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses or damages due to changes in advertised schedules or services, or any other cause beyond our control.
Product description including photographs, list of hotel amenities, description of hotel, and any other travel related products offered by EuroBound on this website are provided by the respective suppliers. EuroBound rejects and disclaims all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information herein.

Hotel ratings displayed on this website are provided by the respective hotel and / or supplier.  Ratings are intended as a general guideline only and EuroBound does not guarantee their accuracy.

ON LINE RESERVATIONS
 This is a self-service online reservation service for travel agents only. Prices shown are NET.  You can add your own mark-up to these rates.  The mark-up you add (your “commission”) will be remitted to your agency after the clients last service date. 
NOTE: If you have not already filed IRS FORM W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number you will need to complete before a commission payment can be processed.  This form is available at online at: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf?portlet=3.  You may return the completed FORM W-9 by mail to our corporate address to the attention of: Accounting Dept., or by fax to 310 342-0182, or emailing to accounting@eurobound.com.

AS THE TRAVEL AGENT REPRESENTING YOU CLIENT(S) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 
Onlinereservations for hotel accommodations, transfers and sightseeing options are not customizable.  The hotel accommodation or other services offered are sold as is.  Any additional request for connecting rooms, cribs etc. may be noted in the reservation request but are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel in writing in the booking.
Options on hotels and services vary.  Most hotels are bookable on an option basis and will auto cancel in 5 days if payment is not applied.  Some hotels require immediate payment in order to confirm.  It is you responsibility to read the notice posted on each hotel. 
The system operates on GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Option expiration, cancellations, and payments post accordingly.        
NOTE:  Hotel terms and conditions vary by property and also by service date. Reservations made on this site are amendable or cancellable with severe restrictions and penalties above and beyond those imposed by the hotel or other service provider. The room rate displayed on our website is a combination of the negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf and a service fee to compensate EuroBound for facilitating your reservation.
You agree that you, as travel agent, are acting on behalf of your client and are authorized to complete any transaction on this site on behalf of your client.  And further, that the credit card submitted will be charged by EuroBound for the total price on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers and service providers. We retain our service fee as compensation in facilitating your transaction. Our service fees vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation (s) and other service (s) secured on your behalf.

PRICE
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are based on exchange rates at the time of quotation and include associated costs relative to product preparation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All applicable taxes at the time of booking are included in the quoted price. Any fees or other charges such as resort fees, surcharges, or taxes imposed by local jurisdiction (s) after your purchase are solely the clients responsibility.
NOTE:  Numerous municipal jurisdictions impose hotel taxes which are only billable locally and collected by the hotel on your departure.  These taxes are not charged or collected by EuroBound and are not included in our price to you.   
EuroBound reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and or on any pending reservation made under an incorrect price.  In such case, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Payments are normally applied to bookings within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. For
weekend and holiday periods submission payment is applied the next business day. Once payment is applied you may print the respective travel voucher (s) for your client.

PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
U.S. citizens are required to carry a valid passport when traveling outside the United States. EuroBound is not responsible for costs, expenses, or damages actual or consequential, resulting from the failure of a passenger to obtain a valid passport and/or visa as required by the laws of the country or countries of destination or for the refusal of any government or government authority to admit the passenger to its territory for any reason whatsoever.  

CANCELLATION
Cancellations made after payment is applied may be 100% non-refundable. Cancellation fees will apply to any booking after payment is received.  Cancellations within 14 days of departure from the U.S. are non-refundable.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
Once travel has commenced, any cancellation or changes to the itinerary are at the traveler’s own expense.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be made on unused land arrangements once travel has commenced.  Any changes or cancellation will be at the passenger’s own expense.

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. EuroBound urges travelers to review conditions and the level of risk prior to booking travel to international destinations.

We have created this Privacy Statement in order to describe and explain to users our practices concerning information collected from this Site.
Our Site is currently designed to inform interested users about Eurobound and to collect certain contact information from such users including but not limited to name, email, street address and phone number. The submission of personal information is voluntary. We may use the personal information that we collect for various purposes including:
To contact a user about the services available on this Site as well as other products or services that we think may be of interest; in our internal surveys to obtain feedback on our products, our web site, or on other aspects of our business that impact a user as a Eurobound customer.

BUSINESS HOURS
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Our office is closed on holidays and weekends.  Email or phone calls are accepted and serviced during normal business hours. Emails or phone calls received out of normal operating hours will be processed the next business day.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any controversy or claim arising from, or relating to, a product or service purchased through EuroBound shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California.

EuroBound, Inc. is registered with the State of California Attorney General as a seller of travel pursuant to Section 17550 of the California Business and Professions Code under registration number 2021293. As such, all customer deposits and payments are secured in EuroBound’s Travel Trust Account. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
