Upon arrival at Rome airport proceed through Passport Control and collect your luggage inside the customs area. Meet your driver for private transfer to your hotel. After breakfast, transfer to the Vatican for a guided visit of the Museum. This morning is at leisure to explore on your own the many squares of Rome or just stroll around the city. Meet in the afternoon to live the history of ancient Rome and learn about the mythical origins, the thousand years of history and legendary heroes who made Rome “Caput Mundi with a visit to the Colosseum. Tonight enjoy a great dinner served in a traditional Roman trattoria, away from the tourist crowds and amongst the locals. Overnight in Rome.

Depart Rome by private motor coach to Sorrento. En route stop for a visit of Pompei both destroyed and preserved by the 79 AD eruption of Mt. Vesuvius. Continue to Sorrento and enjoy a lunch in a typical trattoria. After lunch your tour host will introduce you to the highlights of Sorrento. Tonight the dinner will be served in a local restaurant in the heart of Sorrento. Overnight in Sorrento.

Today, depart for Capri, one of the Mediterranean's must-see places. Begin with a guided visit of this enchanting and picturesque island, a favorite with Roman emperors, the rich and famous, artists and writers. Late afternoon departure to Sorrento. Overnight in Sorrento

Today travel the Amalfi Coast, one of the world’s truly great bus rides, by private motor coach for a visit to Amalfi, Positano, Minori and Vietri. Marvel at the feat of engineering as you gaze out over the small houses and hotels cantilevered over the rocky cliffs and the sandy beaches far below. Return to Sorrento. Farewell dinner in a panoramic restaurant on the hills of Sorrento. Overnight in Sorrento.

Breakfast followed by private transfer to airport. Return flight to the US.
