Breakfast. Early visit to Castel del Monte, the mysterious octagonal shaped castle included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, joined by our professional guide. At your choice, afternoon free at leisure or transfer to Andria, hometown of the delicious Burrata (made from mozzarella and cream) which you'll enjoy in a dairy farm, followed by a visit to the museum of Confetto. Back to your farmhouse and lodging.

Breakfast. Transfer to the coastal town of Trani and its stunning Cathedral. Stop over in Bisceglie for a quick tour of typical oil mill. A nice 30 minutes drive will lead you to the regional capital Bari. In the afternoon transfer to the picturesque town of Polignano a Mare to admire the impressive panoramas. Accommodation in a nearby farmhouse and lodging.

Breakfast. In the morning walk in Alberobello, the World Heritage Site of fairy-tale Trulli. Travel to Locorotondo, called one of the most beautiful Italian small towns. Later transfer to Ostuni, regarded as an architectural jewel, commonly reffered to as "the White Town" fot its white walls and its typically white-painted architecture. Back to your farmhouse and lodging.

Breakfast. Today visit the famous caves in Castellana, a remarkable cave system and background for many movies. Transfer to Matera in the Basilicata region, where you can admire the "Sassi di Matera", classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the evening transfer to a fascinating historical farm estate settled on the hillsides of Gravina di Puglia, in the National Park of Alta Murgia.

Big breakfast for a long day! Head to Taranto, the former capital of Magna Graecia, centre of an ancient art. Visit the National Archeological Museum with its rich collection of Grecian art. In the afternoon visit the ceramics city of Grottaglie. Your final destination is the historical city of Lecce, where you'll overnight in a charming propertylocated just a few minutes of walking distance from the old town. Lodging.

Breakfast. Morning at leisure to admire the countless Baroque beauties in Lecce. Transfer to Bari/Brindisi airport and car return.
